Use of the service
You may use Hold My Quill to prepare and edit writing projects. You remain responsible for reviewing generated suggestions and for the content you publish.
Accounts and access
Keep access to your email secure. Magic links are personal and expire. You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights in the content you submit and create, subject to applicable law. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, violate third-party rights, or use generated content for unlawful purposes.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans use Stripe. Prices, renewal details and the effective date of changes appear before checkout or in the Stripe portal.
Availability and generated suggestions
The service and AI suggestions are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or factual accuracy. Review important information before relying on it.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by French law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version and its effective date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
